Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of recharge, provided your infrastructure subscription is active.
? Is the Meta fee separate?
Yes. Meta conversation fees are billed separately based on actual consumption. Users can either pay Meta directly connecting their own card, or recharge Grafty credits to cover charges automatically.
? Can I get a refund for a recharge?
Per our governance policy, recharges are non-refundable as they involve immediate allocation of WABA resources. We recommend starting with a small recharge to test your flows.
